Day 26 AKA My Last Day of HCG

Yes, you read that right.

I'm done. My body is ready for me to be done.

I know I said I was going to go until Tuesday and then next Friday. The thought of eating the same food for another week was enough to make me NOT want to eat. I was also having pretty severe hunger pains (and no, not cravings...HUNGER) in between meals. This morning I was absolutely starving one hour after I did my breakfast (PowerGreens drink & a piece of melba). That was about the time I decided I'm done.

So now I'm slowing moving into the stabilization phase. Today for lunch, because I was STARVING I stopped at Sonic and had a grilled chicken wrap. I pulled off any excessive tortilla but ate the rest. There wasn't much dressing on it but just enough. My afternoon snack was an apple. I'm looking forward to having some taco salad (with just a touch of dressing and no beans for me) for dinner.

My stats are exactly the same as yesterday.

Way to go! I am so impressed by how well you did. There is noooo way I would have had the self-discipline to diet that long. :-P

If you still want to finish, but need a food break, you could do an interruption... That's what I did over my vacation... Just keep your break under 2 weeks, then resume drops and VLCD to finish the weight loss. *hugs*
