One thing I love about midwifery is that it's never boring. Sometimes more exciting than others, but never boring. You have the chance to meet a variety of people. Getting to know them and assisting them through their pregnancy, birth, and the first six weeks of postpartum life. There is always something to learn. No two labors are the same.
BUT....one of the best parts of what I do is this.....
I have the opportunity to snuggle sweet, just born babies!
(No, they are not twins. They are cousins. :) )
