House details are coming together. The closing date has been set back a week or two (hopefully sooner than later). We are very blessed to have buyers who aren't pushing to close next Friday because they have the flexibility to wait. At the latest we should be closing on June 11. I'm hoping for the week before though.
Our current home passed inspection and we haven't heard anything from the appraiser, which we are hoping means good news. The home we are buying has several repairs needed that are listed on the appraiser's report. Since they are listed in the appraiser's report, the bank is required to pay for them. Which means we'll get the flooring paid for and installed before closing!!! We will also be getting a brand-spankin' new a/c unit!!!!!
