Today and tomorrow are my loading days. This morning I weighed myself and Big Daddy helped me do my measurements (more on that below). I took my first dose of HCG drops and had breakfast.
Here is my food plan for the next two days:
Monday
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, 1 piece cinnamon/raisin bread, toasted with butter and peanut butter, two mini chocolate donuts, chocolate milk
Snack 1: mixed nuts, cheese
Lunch: Wendy's bacon cheeseburger, fries, Frosty
Snack 2: avacado & chips
Dinner: Little Caesars pizza & wings with dressing
Snack 3: Cookie Bars (they are similar to THESE but my recipe is slightly different)
** I may switch the second snack and dinner around based on the times the meals fall. You are supposed to eat every three hours, which today puts "dinner" at 8pm. I really don't want to have reheated pizza for dinner. yuck!
Tuesday
Breakfast: bagel thin with cream cheese, 2 eggs - scrambled with diced ham, chocolate milk (might need a couple more of those donuts...lol)
Snack 1: banana bread (made with coconut oil), cheese
Lunch: Amy's Enchilidas (organic frozen but with tons of cheese), cookie bars
Snack 2: Cherry Berry (I just gotta go one. last. time. LOL!!!!)
Dinner: Steaks, Scalloped Potatoes, Frozen Fruit Salad
Snack 3: Avocado & chips
I'm sitting here working on my first snack. I could really do without it...not hungry whatsoever. But I know that I need to for this to be effective. So down the hatch it goes.
So....I don't have before pictures yet (and I just might wait to post those for when I have after pictures) but I do have my weight and measurements.

Arms: 12"
Waist: 33.5"
Hips: 42.5"
Thighs: 23"
