*Yawn*

I'm so tired. I haven't been sleeping well the last two nights. Beginning to wonder if it's cycle-related. It seems around this time in my cycle last month I was having similar issues. Anyway...which all translates in to one tired Mommy!!!

But we did accomplish several things today and stayed with our little routine fairly well. I didn't get everything on it done but....*deep breath*...it's ok. LOL! I tried to not let it bother me too much. I'm just telling myself that we're taking baby steps. So we didn't get any read aloud done today, we will all survive and try to do it later this week or add that in next week. Em got everything done except English. We did a bit of it together but I'll let her skip over the written part for now. I may have her go back and do it sometime this week because I think she needs the practice (writing a paragraph describing a thing or a place). We spent most of the school time working on Math together. It's fractions so I'm having to explain a lot. And...as I'm VERY VERY VERY embarrassed to say...I am horrible at Math and have to figure it out in my head (when I don't quite understand the "how" of some of it) to be able to teach her. I just hate it that I quite frankly suck at Math...FOURTH grade math for that matter...and sound like an idiot explaining it to her. :( ANYWAY....we got through it and hopefully she understands more than she did before she started.

I'm sitting here taking a little break before I get dinner started. On the nights that I teach classes I try to get as much prepared as I can, that way Kev doesn't have to do much of anything. Tonight I need to cut some veggies and fruit.

Looks like it's finally going to rain. It's cool sitting here watching it get darker and darker...listening to the thunder...watching the trees blow then get still. Love it!!!!!

And now my Mommy Break is over and I must go chop veggies and strawberries. :)
