My lazy Sunday is about to turn into a busy week!

I did try to take that nap but it didn't really happen. I go up and went outside to put out my new flowers. There is a local produce and flower place near our house. I've been eyeing the flowers every time I drive by. Near the end of the season they'll have a 1/2 off sale. But I needed some fresh tomatoes and when I was walking around I saw two hanging baskets I could NOT pass up. They are beautiful!! One is full of pink impatients and the other is a hot pink ivy geranium. Their baskets are always amazing AND less expensive than the other stores. The impatients were $10 and the geranium was $12. I'll have to get pics sometime this week. I also picked up a 6-pack of impatients because I lost a few during the cold snap we had. :( Anyway, it brighted and cheered up the front of the house which makes me happy. Oh..and I also got a small garden flag to put out by our mailbox.

I got school planning done. :) Made a new daily schedule. I won't stick to it (lol..trust me) but it gives us some structure to our days...at least the ones where we don't have to be anywhere at odd times (i.e. Girl Scouts, prenatal visits). I also need to start up our little "token" system. I have some little paper squares (I think they are from a BINGO game) and each girl has a cup. They can earn tokens during the week for helping around the house, being kind, etc. Then I remove tokens for bad attitudes, disobedience, etc. They also have to spend their tokens for computer time. ;) Then on Saturday nights I bring out the "Treasure Box" and they can go shopping. We haven't done it lately and we need to get back in the habit. I also need to start getting them their allowance again!

Tomorrow is pretty quiet other than childbirth class in the evening. Tuesday will be busy! Two prenatal visits and class that evening. All we have Wednesday is another prenatal visit. I'm not sure if Kev is working over at the church any nights this week. Friday I have a chiro appointment and then right after that I am speaking at the nursing mom's group about VBACs. And then another prenatal on Saturday. :) Busy busy!!!!

One of my other goals this week is to get my childbirth educator certification packet in the mail!! I have just about all the paperwork together. I emailed a couple questions last night so I should hear tomorrow sometime. I don't know why but I'm VERY nervous to mail it!! There are a couple questions on the test that I'm not sure of. I'm confident in my essay questions though. I'm just nervous but I'm also very anxious to get it in and be able to put "CCCE" behind my name!!! :)

I think that pretty much sums it up. I see it's past 9:00 and time for me to go watch Desparate Housewives. lol
