Our carpet is gone!!! :)

We stopped at Sutherlands today to look at flooring. They are having a sale this weekend and we saved about $150! Which is good because our budget for home renovations was dipped into a bit for unexpected expenses. But we have enough in there to do this much at least.

I just got done vacuuming up the dirt under the padding. Y-U-C-K. And Kevan is working on pulling up the baseboards. Seeing them off the wall is causing us to rethink putting them back on. They are really worn so we may just get new baseboards.

It looks better already with just a concrete floor!
