My lunch was ICK and I didn't eat it all, which didn't help.
Big Daddy had to be at a meeting across town at dinner time. The dinner I had planned for everyone else flopped so after I dropped him off, I took the kids to ChickFilA. When we left I planned on eating when we got home. But I was getting hungry! After looking at the nutrition info on the chargrilled chicken, I decided to just order the meat, lettuce (which I didn't eat), tomato, and pickle. It is an eight ounce piece of chicken and cut it as close to half as I could. I ate half, three tomato slices, and one pickle slice. And probably way too much sodium and MSG (yes, ChickFilA chicken has MSG in the form of maltodextrin).
I fully expected to not loose much because of that little deviation. I wanted at least a .2 loss and that's exactly what I got! :) Today I'm sticking to the diet as much as I possibly can until dinner. So tomorrow may be another low loss result or maybe even a bit of a gain. We'll see. But I'm prepared for it and after today will be right back on the protocol as strict as can be.
