Yesterday was not good food-wise....which is probably exactly why. I missed my afternoon snack and then had to readjust it and my evening snack. I'm fairly certain I stayed within the 500 calories but I'm not for sure.
So far today I'm doing good. I've had my 1/2 apple for breakfast and am working on my water intake. I'll stick to everything today and see if it helps bring more of a loss tomorrow. My cycle finally started also so that may help jump start loss as well.
