Today is the first day of the hcg diet. The foods in the book that came with my kit are slightly different than list on that webpage. One difference is eggs and cottage cheese are not listed as options.
So far....so good.
Food-wise it's going really well. This morning I was a bit hungry but after the last two days of eating, it didn't really surprise me. A snack helped and now my lunch is filling me up quite nicely. I won't lie...I REALLY wanted a piece of banana bread this morning!!!!
