A Belated Weekly Report
Things have been a little crazy around here and we were out of town this past weekend so I never got this posted for last week's school work. So here goes....
Bible Study ~ Still on the hunt. Stay tuned for an update in the next weekly report.
Latin ~ The older girls learned how to conjugate verbs. Gracie is doing well with Prima Latina.
History ~ Last week we studied Pharaohs and Pyramids. We talked about how the Egyptians thought about the pharaoh and different types of pyramids.
Poetry ~ The idea of rhyme in poetry was introduced. Pretty easy concept for the girls to get. There wasn't a lot to cover.
Science ~ It was a pretty quiet week for this subject too. Somehow we got quite ahead with CKE the week before so we didn't have anything to do. Emily had plenty to do with her Apologia though.
Their individual book work went well. It was a pretty typical week. We're using our little flow chart for this work and it seems to be working well. Matthew is doing great with his Math pages!! Sitting and doing handwriting...not so much. ;)
