Moving Week!!!
It's been CRAZY since I posted last! The guys worked so very hard on getting the flooring in before the appraiser was scheduled to come back on Friday. And they did a wonderful job!!! We had a bit of stress on Friday when the appraiser showed up in the morning! He was asked by the lending company to wait until the late afternoon because the a/c was scheduled to be installed. I wasn't over there but I am told the a/c guys fired up the a/c and at the same time, the appraiser walked in!! He was satisfied with the repairs and should be submitting the paperwork tomorrow morning.
Because he didn't come until 5pm on Friday, his paperwork/report needs to go to underwriting, and paper needs to be shuffled around, our closings should be scheduled for Wednesday or Thursday!!!! I am praying for Wednesday!
