Aside from buying some batteries and taking the kids to shop for Kevan and myself, I am DONE with Christmas shopping!!! Kev and I did a bit last Sunday and I finished up today. Me and about 30 million other people. Ha! It actually wasn't too bad out there today. I was able to make it from 71st/Garnett to 81st/Yale in a reasonable amount of time. At least less time than I thought it was going to take me.

We've been busy with prenatal appointments the last couple of days. Now that these girls are coming up on their due dates we see them more often. I am praying very hard that the timing of the births is good. Kev is still working games in OKC which makes me a bit nervous but I'm just trusting that everything works out exactly as it's supposed to. One nice thing is that he has quite a bit of time off of work for the holidays. I am praying even harder that a couple of these babies come while he is home during his time off.

The girls and I are still busy baking! Emily made more peanut butter balls today. All by herself!! We have a few more things to finish up tomorrow and Monday.

One of my favorite things about Christmas is seeing my kids get excited about giving. For several years now when they see me coming home with gifts and getting things wrapped, they scurry around to find things to give. It's so fun to watch them go through their personal belongings and choose just the right thing for one another or Kevan and I. One year I recall getting one of our VHS tapes. I also have a nice little stack of drawings that were done, folded up, and wrapped. It's so sweet seeing the excitement on their faces when the gift they gave was opened!
