I have several things in my favorites folder there that I want to try. So as I do, I want to put a review of it here.
Tonight we tried Nutty Noodles from The Baking Beauties blog.

I adapted the recipe for our family of six. The recipe on The Baking Beauties blog looks like it is for one-two people. So I upped the Ramen to six packages and then adjusted everything else accordingly. There was plenty! And a good bit left over for lunch tomorrow.
First of all....everyone liked it. So big thumbs up there.
Second of all....it's very inexpensive. Another BIG thumbs up.
So my overall review is as follows. It was very easy to prepare and also doesn't require heating up your kitchen. I think next time I make it I will cut back on the Teriyaki sauce. It was a little too...um...Teriyaki-y (lol) for me. The sauce reminds me of the peanut sauce at The Cheesecake Factory.
Did I mention everyone liked it??? Well, Matthew didn't eat much but he's a bit picky these days so his opinion doesn't equate to much in regards to new dishes. He did munch on a few peanuts so at least he ate something.
So stay tuned. :) On Monday I am planning on making a modified Chocolate-Banded Ice Cream Torte (here's another view of the preparation from another blog).
