I officially hate DirecTV.
Don't sign up for their service.
Their customer service is HORRIBLE.
I am so tired of getting the run-around and not getting answers to what I'm needing help with. It's been an issue ever since we set up an installation time. Now I'm having problems finding out why we didn't receive a monthly credit....that we did receive last month (so yes, if you want to know I DID submit the proper form). And to top it all off the free gift offer that was advertised online that I submitted the proper form for came and it was NOT the promotional item. Apparently since we did everything else correct on our end, their records indicate what we signed up for didn't qualify for a free gift. How conveinent.
I want to pull my hair out.
