I'm so sorry!!! It's no fun at all and especially when you have another little one to tend to.

Many times stress can make morning sickness much worse! That's one reason I asked. I thought maybe having Josh gone might make it hit you a bit more. So my first suggestion would be to try and relax as much as you can. If you chat with him via the phone or IM, maybe try keeping some of the same routine you had (I know..hard with the time difference) so that you can still blow off your steam to him. And also be sure to spend some time every day just relaxing (plus...it will be good practice for labor).

Unfortunately there isn't one thing that works for everyone. I tried just about everything with my pregnancies and nothing helped! Although, looking back, if I had known that stress was a big factor I probably wouldn't have been so sick. LOL!!
