This morning our kitty wasn't feeling well. I think he had a reaction to Advantage (flea medicine). It was quite scary and the vet has no openings until next Tuesday!! They said we could drop him off and if she had a minute she'd try to check him out. But we decided (Kev mostly) that Tigger would be better here at home and not alone in a scary cage. By this afternoon he was back out in the living room, sleeping in the kitchen and meowing at us. :) So hopefully he's back to his 'ol kitty self now.
School went well today. Gracie and I worked together to finish her lessons. Then the other two girls and I did a bit of history. We're getting ready...well, THEY are...to make a lapbook about the explorers we've been studying about. Today we read a little about John Cabot. Then they started a page with notes on it.
So am I crazy to want to decorate my kitchen/dining room with a Mary Engelbriet theme?? I'll be the first to admit I am a HORRIBLE (and I mean horrible) decorator. But I love ME's stuff and would love to do my kitchen/dining room with it. Well, at least the colors and a few accents to start. I've wanted to do the walls in a light denim blue color which would go well with a lot of the colors she uses. I really like this little doormat and there are other kitchen things that match it (napkins, placemats, etc). But I don't know if I like all the black.
Any ideas???I guess my Mommy break is over. I hear the Little Dude in his room.."MAMA! MAMA!" :)

I know a lady who did her kitchen/dining room in ME. I LOVED it! It was so cute. She had the black and white checker around the top and she used red as one of the main colors.
Don't stress about your titles Heather. Do you do your post and then figure out a title or vice versa? Often, I will do my post and figure out a title afterwards. I base my title on either the most interesting thing(s) in the post or what I discuss the most in that post. If that doesn't work you could make all your titles the date! :-)
