Joining the rest of the world today

As much as the roads just suck and as much as I would have loved to have another day with K. home, it was nice getting out this morning. :)

Took the kids to their first chiro adjustment today. Thru the South Tulsa Mommy Milk Meetup I met a chiro who has a Free Kid's Day. None of us have ever been but I thought this would be a great opportunity to get the kids started with chiro care. All of them but Abby got adjusted.

I also talked to the chiro about my thyroid. I wondered if there were any natural solutions to these nasty nodules. He said there is!!!! I'm SO excited and releived. His wife is a certified herbalist and nutritionalist. He said she can help with some supplements to correct the problems and that the nodules can shrink!!! Did I say I'm SO excited????? I do NOT want a thyroidectomy but the nodules bother me sometimes. I'll have to talk to K. and get with S. about what we're looking at $$$-wise. But at least knowing there is an alternative solution to this is such a huge weight off my shoulders!

My kitchen is clean and we need to start on some school stuff in a few minutes.
