Finally Friday!

Feeling better today. I sound much worse than I fee. What stinks is that when I get a cold like this and it makes it's way to the lymph nodes in my neck. Those nodes swell which in turn tighten up neck which in turn pushes on my thyroid nodules which in turn makes my voice hoarse. I hate it.


All I have to say is that it better go away by Tuesday!! I really don't want to sound like this the first time I meet my childbirth class students and have to teach a class.


I'm so ready to be stuck at home tomorrow!!! My Saturdays always turn into craziness! I have every intention of relaxing and not doing anything. Then something always comes up and it's NUTS!! I don't mind getting out for one errand on my own, I welcome that little break. But my one errand usually turns into five million. lol So tomorrow it will be too nasty to go anywhere!!! Yay!!


Please pray that K. gets a check in the mail today. I need to pay the mortgage!!

The girls are doing really well with school today!! Yesterday was an off day because we did extra errands unexpectedly. Because of the weather forecast I decided to do our library day yesterday and go ahead and get groceries. That on top of not feeling well meant no school work. So today they had to double up on their lessons to get it all done. And we're doing it earlier today because I have a prenatal to go to in a while. I'm so proud of them because they have been working hard and are almost done with everything!
