I think if I felt better, this would be more fun. But my ears are so plugged up that every little noise is magnified about 500%.
But it is fun!! :) I love how the weather has made life slow down for a few days. Of course K. would be home anyway since it's the weekend. Even so, there are no errands to run, the girls haven't disappeared at the next door neighbor's house, it's quiet outside...love it! I'm hoping for at least one more day!! ;)
Yesterday we made a Jello Poke Cake. Today I think we'll make a couple batches of cookies. Unless the girls want something different, we'll do Chocolate Chip Oatmeal and Soft Ginger Cookies. Yum!

The cookies were pretty good.
The Ginger Cookies taste almost exactly like the ones they sell at an Amish bakery that's on the way to Siloam Springs. :)
The Chocolate Chip Oatmeal ones were ok. Not terribly delicious. But it's chocolate and I'll eat them just the same. LOL!!!
